How to Measure
- Shade sail's measurement should be taken from corner to corner.
- According to the shape of the shade sail, choose 3 or 4 mounting points, they can be roof, trees, poles, wall, etc.
- Measure the distance between the mounting points, leave 0.5 ft to 1 ft space for the ropes between the shade sail and the mounting points.
Sunshade sail installation steps:
The sunshade sail has a D-ring and wind 8ft rope, allowing you to easily connect houses/trees/other buildings.
- Measure and clean the area where the shade sail is to be installed.
- Choose hyperbolic style with 2 sides higher than others.
- Fix the equipped 3 or 4 tie ropes to the installation points respectively;
- Install the sunshade sail and connect the D-ring to the tie rope;

About Returns and Refunds
- How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours without any reason.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling it, you will be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for our storage costs, order preparation costs and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).
